Research & projects of the Interdisciplinary Center for Food Security and affiliated faculty and staff focus on critical food security and food systems issues. A few areas of interest include food assistance programs, food security assessment, farm to institution, community engagement, and capacity building. This work often involves partnerships with community members, local and regional organizations, state agencies, academics, and others.
